1.Voltage: 12v-380v(usually DC for lower than 36v and AC for higher than 36v)
2.Power: According to voltage, tube diameter, length and manufacturing technique.
3.Tube diameter: 3mm-30mm

(1)Outer connection structure(standard method): Inside stainless steel wire or Nickel wire lead to outside and connect with high temperature cable.
(2)Inner connection structure: High temperaturecable leads to outside directly from inside of heating tube. The cost of this method is high. But the quality is better.

Guide for single end heating tube
1.The temperature at the point of connection should be lower than 400°C
2.Inner connection structure should be applied in bad work environment.
3.Pay more attention to cooling of heating tube when die hole processing.
4.Pay attention to themagnesia powder at the point of connection. Avoid any contaminant and water in and prevent electric leakage. The best way is to reserve 5mm outside of die.
5.Preheat 5 minutes before turn on the heating tube.
6.Fix the heating tube and keep the heating are inside. Don’s use conductive mudto avoid any inconvenience in after-treatment.
7.No dry burn allowed due to the high temperature when working.
8.Grounding is necessary for any situation.
